We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: 
Bella Boutique accepts return of goods within 5 days of receiving the order.
Returns will be subject to $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your Store Credit. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange. At this time we DO NOT REFUND MONEY.   Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge and will be valid for 90 days.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Please be aware that all swimwear purchases are final, for sanitary reasons.


All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance.  These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.


We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and other charges that Shopify charges for the transaction.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
